  Call community care. They are transferring current medicaid holders over to them to get assistance and make the process easier to actually get to a doctor, actually get help. Call this number they're open today and ladies I've spoke with there are soooo kind and helpful. I have medicaid as well I hope this helps :) Comunity Care - 719-314-2560
