Aspen Pointe here in the springs does. Per the wife when I asked her about this "That's our main source. 572-6100 is the number"
bostondrad replied:
Call community care. They are transferring current medicaid holders over to them to get assistance and make the process easier to actually get to a doctor, actually get help. Call this number they're open today and ladies I've spoke with there are soooo kind and helpful. I have medicaid as well I hope this helps:) Comunity Care - 719-314-2560

I've been through this myself, at least a very similar situation. I actually found success asking the doctor or any doc if they know anyone. They usually have friends in other fields and may save you a ton of time.

Sign-up with Community Care as they help Medicaid patients and act as the middleman but in a good way because they get things setup and done for you.

Stay busy! That will work for anything covered by a psychiatrist.

Looking for a Psychiatrist that takes Medicaid in Colorado Springs?
Laura S. replied:
Try CHC--Confidential Health Consultants... http://chcpc.com/ Not sure if they have psychiatrists, but I know they have counseling and medication evaluation/management. They can probably point you somewhere else if they can't provide the right services.
Does anyone know of counseling centers or psychiatrists in Colorado Springs that accept medicaid? I really need help, and can't afford it on my own =(

Ashen Pointe is free to Medicaid clients. You have to call and do an intake then after that go in Monday thru Thursday between nine and two. The earlier the better.

There is actually a list on the internet. It's like a database. Just search "city, psychologists, medicaid." Psychology Today has a database too, but idk if you can search by insurance. I think you can, but not sure.

We are stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. Wondering if anyone knows of a good psychologist or psychiatrist that works well with teenagers in the Colorado Springs area.
