Hello and thank you for visiting. I hope to give you some more information about myself, what I do and how I can help you. Firstly I am a Naturopath BHSc. (Nat), this means that I’ve completed 4 years of university study including Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Natural Medicine, Dietary Planning, Exercise Programming, Counseling & stress management techniques. I specialise is women's health. I work a lot with hormonal balancing, fertility, mental health, methylation issues and detoxification programs. As well as lifestyle optimisation & dietary suggestions I aim to teach you to care & nourish yourself to allow your body to heal & rebalance. Using my knowledge I help you create a foundation for good health, in this environment the body has the ability to heal and achieve your health goals / health priorities. We do this through working together in a detailed consultation process. From 2007-2012 (5 years) I was based at Sharkey’s Healing Centre, where I specialized in supporting couples on their fertility journey. I have gained an in depth knowledge about fertility issues / infertility and I am very passionate about helping couples, as the outcome is extremely rewarding. In conjunction with this I have also learned a great deal about women’s health and hormone balance and utilizing natural therapies (the tools of my trade) it can make a big difference to how women are feeling physically, mentally & emotionally. If you feel like your health is not as good as it could be, it may be as simple as not having enough energy or something more complicated like infertility, you can trust that I’ll be able to help your situation.
