  I am looking for a good realtor. Someone I can trust. I'm looking to buy a home by the end of the year/beginning of next year. I believe I will have a largely decent downpayment, but am ok fixing up a place to be mine. Although I ha e a good downpayment, I have poor credit currently. Anyone know someone who could help.?
