  ISO Hair and makeup artist $150 - White Hall, MD ISO Hair and makeup artist suggestions for 7/8/18 wedding at Pond View Farm in White Hall for bride, 6 bridesmaids, and potentially 2-3 moms. Would like to keep it at 150 or under combined for bridesmaids, bride can go a little above if needed. Someone who does both hair and makeup would be great. Bride wants false lashes and potentially airbrush, others may as well. I have attached pictures for the look I am going for for me.
