Sanctuary Brewing Company is a nano brewery and tap room committed to enriching the lives of humans through our excellent craft beer, and benefitting animals through local advocacy. We are starting this business as an extension of ourselves, beer enthusiasts and animal lovers with a strong sense of community and environmental responsibility.
Sanctuary Brewing Company will be more than a purveyor of great-tasting craft beer. It will also serve as an active community resource that helps feed the local economy and Hendersonville community as a whole by sourcing from local, organic products whenever possible.
Sanctuary Brewing Company is dedicated to making small batch, high quality artisanal ales. We will focus on full flavored beers such as west coast IPAs, full bodied stouts and light, bright easy drinkers. Our brew pub will offer light food from local purveyors that will always be animal product free.
We will have a tap room with a minimum of 10 rotating taps. We will offer a few flag ship brews, including a bold, dry, west coast style IPA, a coffee stout, and a Berliner weisse. Other taps will be dedicated to seasonally inspired flavors and will at times incorporate produce from local farms. This refers to not only traditional beer ingredients such as hops, barley, wheat, and rye, but fruits, vegetables, spices and additional grains as well.
Approximately 2 of our taps will be dedicated to other local breweries such as Southern Appalachian, including one for a local cider maker.
My husband and I are headed to Asheville this weekend with our dog, Leo. Any dog friendly recommendations? Food, drink, shopping, sight seeing, you name it. (Already booked a hotel) TIA!

Hi peeps! Jamison and I are headed out around western NC/Asheville area later this week! What are your favorite places around there (mainly looking for restaurants, but any other activity recommendations would be great too)? It's been a while since we've been out there so I want to make sure we hit up some new spots along with our favorites. (Patricia, Kimberly)
