  Hey everyone - I'm a freelance writer working on a Seattle plant-based food guide for a new company called A Billion Veg (abillionveg.com) whose goal is to promote healthy plant-based living. At the moment, the site serves as a platform to review individual dishes at restaurants that are vegan (or vegetarian). I'm looking to feature specific plant-based dishes in the Seattle area for the longer piece I am writing. Does anyone have suggestions on their favorite dishes at specific restaurants in the city? I'd love your inputs on what you think visitors/newcomers/residents in Seattle must absolutely eat. P.S. Also, Highline Bar has amazing vegan food, one of my favorites The Bell Toll-there take on the philly https://www.facebook.com/323024722676 and the Pig Destroyer pulled "pork" marinated in BBQ sauce in a hoagie roll! Also Plum Restaurants has an amazing breakfast menu, and their Buffalo Portobello is 😍

If possible I would love for the catering folks to set up dinner (set up chafing dishes etc) while I am out- so my friends and I can come back to dinner being ready. Located near Pacific Science Center. I have a friend who works in membership there could ask them when they're signing up family passes again
