Outdoor Fitness Bootcamps £5 per session

Tuesday 6.30pm Timsbury Conygre Hall Park

Kettlebells, Battle rope, hurdles, agility ladders, tyres medicine balls, skipping ropes, mats, weights, suspension straps, and much more!

All welcome - men and women - all fitness levels, if its your first time please complete health form and bring with you - this can be found on our website.

All classes are outside in all winds and weathers - we rarely cancel classes and have NEVER gone inside!!

Please wear your older fitness kit and have layers that you can remove as you warm up!

You may find gloves useful for colder days and to avoid getting muddy hands!

Please bring water - toilets and parking on site.

Please arrive promptly to complete the warm and to avoid injury.

All sessions are PAY AS YOU GO - no need to book - just turn up!

Classes are currently £5 per session
Block of 10 £40 (get two free classes)
Block of 5 £20 (get one free class)

Please note there is a 3 month expiry on blocks, but they can be used at any of our bootcamps and don't have to consecutive sessions.

Payment for blocks can be made online or by cash, NO CHEQUES please,

Payment for drop in sessions by cash only please.

We always run our sessions as drops in classes - allowing you to enjoy your fitness wherever and whenever you want!

IMPORTANT

Even if you exercise regularly, or its your first time, when you attend a new class or try a new activity you will get some level of delay onset muscle soreness (DOMS). This is to be expected, but will get easier - do not let a little discomfort in the days after Bootcamp put you off returning - its all part and parcel of your body getting used to the... show more
