  Anyone at http://www.signs-and-wonders.de/. I got tattoos from Manuel Mathow and Florian Farbian, but seen all the others at work and they do incredible stuff. Some need to be pre-booked up to 6 months in advance, so better get in touch sooner rather than later. The shop owner (Marcel) speaks decent English, not sure if all the artists do. But I guess you'll get by just fine. EDIT: Apparently Florian is not a permanent at the place anymore but now a travelling artist without a fixed shop; but he's still there regularly - his portfolio is available here http://farbian.de/.
