  My aunt runs a wedding venue and I've helped her w website and social media before which included using photos from professional photographers in the area. If you're having the wedding and the reception at the same place, a limo is kind of a pointless expense. I mean, if you really want one, it's up to you... but you specifically mentioned "low cost" so this seems like a pretty easy thing to cut altogether.
