Welcome to the Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre!
As a midwife-led, not-for-profit community healthcare facility, we specialize in natural childbirth and the care of pregnant women, new parents and young babies. Our birth suites give women the option of an informal, family-centered place to deliver their children, while our community area is home to a host of pre- and post-natal professionals who provide information, encouragement and a range of wellness services to parents and parents-to-be.

I'm finding the whole process a little overwhelming- there are a LOT of midwives in Ottawa, which is a ton of profiles to read. Does anyone have any recommendations? Any tips to getting through this process a little faster? Thanks
linterdit replied:Here is a new option for women http://www.ottawabirthcentre.ca/ It's not home birth and it's not a hospital. It's a centre run by Midwives with Doulas. Just opened its doors at the beginning of February.
