I tried looking around, but even OSU's vet hospital is closed on Sundays (despite their website stating otherwise).   Norton Road Verterinary Hospital. They're on the west side but are open until 7 pm some weeknights and until 5 pm on Sat and Sun. Not as cheap as some, but a clean facility with appointments and a great staff. nortonroadveterinaryhospital.com
