Rascal Animal Hospital is open 24 hours a day. Walk in fee from 8 am-7 pm is $15. The exam fee is either $15 or $30, depending on if your pet is sick or not. Source: I worked there. The doctors and techs are great. Edit: It's in Dublin, near Tuttle Crossing mall.

The hospital is not closed on sundays, their GP is closed on sundays. Banfield is one of the few vets that are open on sundays

OSU is definitely open on Sundays. My wife works in equine department (where they generally only take emergencies) but the small animal side is always open.
