  Looking for CBT recommendation in Ottawa Hi, I am looking for a CBT or CBT-I therapist in Ottawa. I did some googling but it's all private, so I would like a recommendation before I shed some cash. I would like a therapist who is down to earth, compassionate, has a sense of humour, is intelligent, and preferably a female but I'm open to a male as well. I can't get on any trial or into any free treatment because I am still functional.
