Any recommendations for a pre-1950s home inspector? I'm looking into purchasing a project property, and would like to know how much money I'll have to drop into it to make it livable before closing. Does anyone know a reliable home inspector with experience in early 1900s homes?
Any and all leads appreciated!

Paul Locke has inspected 4 homes for me from 1920-1950 vintage and 10 years later everything he told me he was suspicious about has been correct; everything he told me not to worry about has not been a problem. He's a real trip and he takes his time. 804-304-6438
