  I had David Moerson (202-498-9765) inspect my condo, and he did a great job. He noticed everything that needed fixing, wrote up a great summary that he gave to me right away to use in negotiations with the sellers, and emailed me photos with descriptions first thing the next morning. The inspection was quick (but still thorough... it's a small condo), and he was very friendly!
