He has all the content and a good idea of the UX, all's he's looking for is someone who's willing to work with him to find a good template, insert and tighten up the content, and do some basic SEO work on it. The SEO work isn't a must, that can be done by someone else, but the designer should live in the Atlanta area and have a good design portfolio. If someone knows of a good, reasonably priced, design agency, or solo designer, that would be great!

  Hey! Independent designer here with about 15 years experience. I'd love to build the site. I prefer WordPress but can also use Joomla or build by hand. By day I'm a marketing director so I can make sure the SEO works and copy is in line. I have some references here on twitter and even more off of you'd like me to post those.
