  Architect recommendation? Does anyone have any recommendation for an architect to design a net zero (or close to) house on a long skinny lot? Habitat studio is obviously on the list but need some other recommendations. Budget is $50k. We're looking for lots with the proper exposure on 3 sides. Most are long and skinny and have what looks like a double wide with a detached garage, usually quite poorly maintained. Everything is used up so even the dirt needs to be hauled away and replaced.
