  Hair stylist needed. I went to Ultra yesterday and got a quote of $100 for an ombre effect for my hair. I showed up today and they quoted me $235. They backed down after a lot of discussion to $190. That is not in my budget and I am very angry about the bait and switch they pulled. They said to contact the salon manager on Thursday to see what they can do. I want this done for an event on saturday. Can anybody help me?
