Anyone know a good doctor in St. Louis who natively speaks Cantonese or Vietnamese? I know someone who speaks English fairly competently, and has English speaking children, but there is definitely a lot of nuance lost when speaking to her doctors about it all after suffering a stroke like event.
They sent an interpreter for her at one point, but he only spoke Mandarin - another language she speaks, but still a foreign language she is not super comfortable with. She is pretty much equally comfortable it seems in Vietnamese or Cantonese, but Cantonese is preferred due to other family members who may be present only speaking that. A neurologist would be ideal, but general practitioners would help too. Any advice in general is appreciated actually.
