  I take our 50 year-old Toro Sportsman reel mower to [Champion](https://www.yelp.ca/biz/champion-lawn-mower-sales-and-service-vancouver) on the corner of Fraser and Kingsway. There's parking in the back. Their service is good and the prices are competitive. There's also [Kerrisdale Equipment](http://www.kerrisdaleequipment.com/) on Marine around Heather (so, not actually in Kerrisdale at all). They also have good service and decent prices. They might be a better choice for a late-model trimmer. I used them once and I was happy with the work they did, but Champion specializes in the kind of mower I have. Parking for the service dock is behind the building.
