Hey all. I'm Dan the uni man. Sea Truffles is Thailand's boutique and only importer of fresh chilled ORGANIC Pacific uni. Unlike all "Japanese uni" we don't treat our sea urchin with any chemicals colorings or food flavourings. Isao, Yashin, kenji's lab, shades of retro, la bottega, vesper all carry our uni on their regular menu. Accidental butcher is our retail seller. PM me and I am happy to give you all the outlets and more info. I have made it a point to make sure that no one else in this country knows more about uni than myself. ;-)
