  Grace Diomede (her company is tower city tailoring) is the bomb. She did my wedding suit for me, and has reasonable prices. I had the jacket taken in at three spots, the sleeves lengthened, the pants taken in, tapered, and shortened for $100 or so. She won best tailor a few years ago from one of the Cleveland publications, you can find it with some quick searching around if you want to read about her.
