  Home Rental Companies in Raleigh - Any insights? Recommendations? Hi! I am looking to move from my current townhome to a rental home in the Raleigh area, however, all of the reviews for the companies I have looked at are all very one sided (and not very good). I was wondering if anyone could provide their experience with any of the local home rental companies, such as Fox Realty, Oak City Properties, etc. I really want to move into a larger home to rent, but every review I have read of these companies has been pretty bad and it's making weary. Of course, people are more likely to complain than to write a positive review so I'm hoping someone here has had a good experience renting a home in this area! Thanks so much!

  I rented from Ammons-Pittman (raleighrental.com) for 2 years and didn't care for them much. They were a number of times that I was trying to get something fixed in the house and they were just difficult to deal with or unprofessional. They just always seemed particularly irritated and unwilling to help, even in one case where their online rent payment system wasn't working, so all I was trying to do was give them money and they still acted like I was inconveniencing them.
