  Barb T. wrote: Max Kiser charged me $1400 to fix my heat pump when basically all he did was put Freon in it which leaked out within a week. Claimed his work was guaranteed but never showed up for followup appointments. I had been told by a previous contractor that I needed a new unit. Of course being a single mother and a full time hard working nurse I was looking for a second opinion. Unfortunately my second opinion was Max Kiser who claimed he could fix my problem and would guarantee his work. Beware of this guy, he is a con artist.
