  I belong to a trainer gym and would highly recommend Warren Paschetto with Pelitera Fitness Consultants. He's *very* affordable and I've seen fantastic results. He helped me get back in shape after I underwent a spinal fusion and physical therapy wasn't working for me. The gym is at North Forest and John James Audubon Parkway. If you search for Warren on the Thumbtack app, he offers a discount there as well, but as I was saying, as far as trainers go, he's very, very affordable.
