Heather is a super hero realtor! I can't imagine any other realtor living up to the high bar that she set! The entire journey with Heather was better than I could have hoped, especially in my difficult situation. I was selling a home that needed the exact right buyer to appreciate what the home could offer with the unique elements that made it special. We needed a buyer who could see beyond some cosmetic issues to what the place could be with a little handiwork. They found this exactly-perfect buyer even before I'd officially finished listing the house! They made everything work out so well, even when there were hiccups that I thought might cause us to lose the buyer. These ladies had a solution for every problem. I'm so appreciative with how well they took care of both the buyers and my family in our transaction.

I realize reddit skews young but figured I'd check and see. I'm making the horrible mistake of moving out of Madison for work and have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath I need to sell.

She knows the whole market very well and I would say knows the east side market much better than most - so, not sure if your house is on east side, but if so she's amazing.
