They seem happy to set up MLS searches and then open the lockbox at houses that we find online, but I'm looking for someone that is knowledgeable about the area, knows what "setback" means (and what it is for the area) and is willing to, you know, work for their commission. This is a partial rant because I'm frustrated with the quality of the realtors we've had so far, but it's also an honest request for recommendations. If you know of any realtors that are knowledgeable about the Gilbert area and are willing to actually do more than just open lockboxes, please let me know.
