Our mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive patient care with compassion and respect for our patients. Dr. Smith believes in establishing a trusted relationship with patients and provides medical care for adolescents and adults beginning at age 15 and continuing throughout his patients' adult lives.
Dr. Smith, along with Stephanie (ARNP) and staff is equipped to deal with a complex of medical conditions. There are several different services we do, that may include:
Disease Management, Preventative Services, Surgical Procedures, Diagnostic Services, and Physical Exams.
We unfortunately do not do ANY chronic pain management with narcotics at this time.
