About us
Founded by a family of first-generation Americans from Italy, Cavalli Pizza is the best and most authentic pizza and Italian cuisine in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Cavalli pizza makers have been trained and certified by the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani (APN), an organization that preserves the culinary art of Neapolitan pizza-making. Cavalli Pizza is made just like it is in Naples, the birthplace of pizza.
In our pizzas and pastas, we use fresh ingredients from Italy and local farms, including San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella di bufala, fresh basil, imported Caputo flour and prosciutto di Parma.
Every Cavalli pizza is made-to-order, hand-tossed by our certified pizza makers, and baked for 90 seconds in our authentic, 900-degree wood-fired oven. Come experience our delicious Italian menu for yourself at our Irving and McKinney locations.
