Do you know if there are any agencies that speak English and would make a contract in English and Spanish? What kind of documents do they require? How long does is take from the time one makes an offer, the owner accepts it and the house is actually yours? Anything on the topic would be really appreciated...Thanks in advance!

  We used Apartime.com when we bought our flat a few years ago. They charge a commission and do all of the work. There are a 100 small details to work out and they kept everything on track. Ask for Yoram...he owns the company and speaks perfect English.

  Apartime.com is very good. I use them to rent my flat. The owners are Spanish, but were educated in the US.
