  I have Hashimotos. There is a naturopath at Runaway Bay Alison@Soul Therapy 0412 661128. I also use Dr Ruth Quinney Xtra Health Clinic@Varsity Lakes 07 5522 0505. Through them I am taking a thyroid supplement and have changed my eating. Mainly cutting out gluten and avoiding sugars.
