  A friend of mine took her dog to the vets the other day to have it's teeth cleaned but when she picked it up the vet told her that they had taken out 8 teeth! She can't believe that it was necessary to have done that and suspects that a mistake was made. She paid the huge bill in shock. Can anyone recommend where she can take the dog (very healthy 3 year old) to talk through what has happened and ask if she can challenge the vet. The damage is done but now shock has turned to anger... (Vet recommendations gratefully received too!)
