  Nik we used TI moving - http://www.timoving.com/ few times over the past years and had good experience with them. We always negotiated flat rate with them & it worked well for us.

  TI moving. Used them twice. They are super fast and very careful with the stuff. They are extremely accommodating as well. You can get an instant quote on their website if you provide a ball park estimate of how much stuff you wld have.
