DTF Studio Rental Info for Parties and Events:
-Rental space that holds up to 75 people
-Free Parking in back of building
-Party time price of $400 for 4 hours with an additional 2 hour set up and 1 hour clean-up which equals out to 7 hours. Any party under 3 hours are $125 per hour and you will receive an additional 1 hour to set-up and 1/2 to clean-up.
-6 to 8 Round tables with chairs are provided w/rental
-5 Rectangle tables for food, candy, gift and DJ table provided w/rental
-Cocktail tables rental at an additional price of $50 added to rental fee (10 tables)
-DJ services by Michael Wimbish aka DJ Magic Mike (if needed and if his schedule is clear) at an additional price of $200
-Popcorn machine rental at additional price of $50... show more (includes machine and popcorn mix)
-Cotton Candy machine rental for additional price of $50 (mixing flavor and cones at an additional fee).
-Hot Dog Roller rental at additional price of $30
-Decorator (starting base price at $300 and up, decorator will appointment will be arranged)
-Security, bartender and catering services can be provided by outside vendors, which we have a list that we affiliate with.
Coming Soon for next Spring/Summer:
Snow cone machine rental for $50
Moon Bouncer for our outside parking lot for $110 and up. And will provide moon bouncer services to other party sites for $120 and up.

Rental Deposit info:
$200 1/2 down non-refundable deposit with a $100 rental maintenance refundable after party is due same day for signing contract. The $200 balance is due 2 weeks before reserved party. The $100 rental maintaining fee will be refunded after party is over and expected for damages of space and furniture by owner.
