  Hey nick! Not sure the amounts your looking for but I use these guys. Great customer service. They do sell by the pound .anything under 5 lb cost a little more. I picked 30 lb of a few differnt origins. Lots of small farms and swiss water decaf! http://thetaridgecoffee.com

  I am just starting out roasting. I bought a Behmor 1600 Plus since it was with in my price range to try it out. My question is what is the best bean to purchase for a beginner and to practice? And where is the best place to buy them from?

  Thetaridgecoffee.com in South Bend Indiana has some good stuff at good prices in quantities as low as 1 lb... not near the amount of information as sweetmarias.com. I stay away from Brazilians in my Behmor due to the fact they typically have a lot of chaff and it likes to catch fire toward the end of the roast. Keep a "fire extinguisher " nearby:-)
