  I need someone that can fix my daughter's hair. The first photo shows her hair got a balayage in June (in Seattle) and it was beautiful. The photos that say now, she got a balayage at the end of November (this time in Gardner). The now hair looks bad, it doesn't look like highlights. The top of her head looks like it didn't get any lights at all (usually there are a couple toward the hace). Honestly it looks like someone just poured a bottle of peroxide on her head. I need someone that can fix her hair and is great with balayage highlights. Recommendations?
