One of my dogs came back with part of their ear chopped off and the other had a blister on her butt from the groomer shaving to close to the skin! My dog's ear is obviously permanently damaged. If you think it couldn't get worse, it did! They also demanded payment for the worst grooming experience I have ever had! I will NEVER use them again and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
