A home inspection gives the buyer more detailed information about the overall condition of the home prior to purchase. During your home inspection, I will take an in-depth, unbiased look at your potential new home to: *Evaluate the physical condition: structure, construction, and mechanical systems *Identify items that need to be repaired or replaced; and *Estimate the remains useful life of the major systems, equipment, structure, and finishes.
I refer out wood destroying insect inspectors, radon specialists, and mold tests. Feel free to use your own contractors, as well.
Can anyone suggest a Home Inspector that does good work for a fair price? I’m wanting someone who actually goes to the house and has insurance. Thanks!
