Combs Home Inspections Took his time, went over every inch of the house, explained everything to me as he went, had a detailed report with photos the same night, and best price I found. Could not be happier with the service and highly recommend.

I just used David Lee last week and he was very thorough and the inspection report was even thorough with pictures and arrows showing me what is needing done. I was very happy and was a great price compared to other people and he does free thermo imaging and his price included the termite inspection. http://leehomeinspections.com/

Professional Inspections. I work with home inspectors and some of them I wouldn't let inspect my doghouse. But Professional Inspections are thorough, are engineers so you don;t have to make more phone calls if there is a structural issue. I would have them inspect my next home and no one else.

Matt Neary - awesome guy! Did mine and my son's. He is very reasonable and thorough. He explained things to me during the process and he is ASHI certified. In my opinion, that is very important (I worked for a builder for 8 years). He also has this cool drone that takes pics from above.
