  Lil Sprouts is run by Jacquie Fogarty Holmes, it is run out of her home and she has been doing it for 13 years. Her phone number is 2084363261. My daughter has been going since she was 6 weeks old, and I don't trust anyone else. She is a very nurturing person and fantastic with kids.
