  Is there anywhere the homeless can go to get out of the cold in old hickory. Churches? There is a young, heavy set black woman off of Rio Vista in flip flops and pajama bottoms who said she is homeless. She's just like wondering around in the cold. I can't even... I'm bringing her some damn shoes. I'm not sure if she's slow or what but she isn't on drugs.
