The Friendship Center is made up of two locations serving the North Park, Albany Park, Lincoln Square, and West Ridge neighborhoods of Chicago.
The North Park Friendship Center (NPFC), founded in 1998, is an extension of the pantry program initiated by the North Park Covenant Church in 1970. In 1985, we joined the Greater Chicago Food Depository as a commodity distributor. In May 2005, NPFC moved to a store-front space on Foster Avenue, west of Kimball Avenue, in Chicago. Our goal was to make our services more accessible to the families we serve, and to be more visible in the community so that more people in need would be aware of our services.
The Lincoln Square Friendship Center, established in 2013, is a community center whose primary program is a food pantry providing food, clothing and household goods at no cost. We aim to bring neighbors together in our Community Area for conversation and a cup of coffee. Education and advocacy are also a priority as we aim to make lasting changes in our neighborhood.

Oddly, we are the recipient of two boxes of Similac baby formula samples and coupons. Recommendations please on the best place to donate these unopened boxes, so that they might do the most good.
