  My neighbor has this very sweet and cute 9 year old small dog barely 5 pounds but a yappy energetic little thing. She as well as us was displaced from her home, she is staying at a hotel that does NOT allow her to have her baby with her. She had to leave her baby at the house in her crate in the backyard as the house is in shambles. She is only able to come check on her once a day. She desperatly needs a family who could foster her for a while until she can get back to her house. If anyone thinks they can help her please pm me. She is here in the Houston area. Thank you!
