  Was wondering if anybody knows of any family friendly restaurants in London that don't require you to sell your organs on the black market to be able to pay? Obviously need to be coeliac friendly. We will be staying in Ilford next to Valentines Park but can travel on the tubes and will be visiting the tourist attractions in the daytime anyway. Thank you.

  There's a nice Mexican place by Seven Dials that has a very good GF menu. The restaurant at Tate Modern is good value (and has an incredible view) and had plenty of GF options.
