  Recommendations please...looking for a realtor to help find a location to rent for a business. My experince here is that realtors only help you with their listings vs working on your behalf to go out and search whats available on the market that fit your needs...like they would in North America. To be honest I don't understand what the commissions are for here when the rentor is left doing all the work searching. Anyways, I do look on Idealista etc. But I have some specific parameters that make it more challenging for me. IE a location with no apartments above it, +++. Are there such agents here and if so can anyone recommend? Thanks.
