  We use the Little Blessings Preschool on West Nichols St. It is run by the First Free Will Baptist Church which also runs a private K-12 Christian school in the church. 417-864-9928. Our son goes 2-3 days a week for the socialization and to allow us to get things done. They have a small enrollment in the school so the children get plenty of attention from the teachers. Our 3 year old son loves it and is learning important educational and Christian principals. Good luck in your search, I hope this helps.
