  I have used https://www.aidenjones.co.uk on a pay as you go basis. Lovely independent gym. It's not huge but great equipment and the staff there are very nice and helpful. Think they are £45 a month?

  Welcome to Biggs, there is a gym called Aiden Jones fitness http://www.aidenjones.co.uk/ Which is conviently located opposite the lounge, lovely atmosphere, food and drinks! Cocktail and gym anyone!!! Sandy (next village) also has a nice Chinese - China express and a Tesco. Shefford also has a lovely Thai restaurant.
