We purchased a home in the Lake Wilderness area of Maple Valley and are looking to rent one of the bedrooms out (just to offset some bills:) ). We are super respectful, responsible, work full time and are ideally looking for someone to do the same.   Milla Tiab, sounds like a great idea. However, I would caution you about renting without a lease or without doing a background check. It's a lot harder to get people out than it is to get them in, if there is a problem. I don't do property management, but I have screened tenants and handled the leases on our own properties, as well as some of my clients.
