  Can anyone recommend a reliable, reasonably priced tree company to tackle a substantial pruning job on a very inconveniently located downtown tree? The person I contracted with arrived to do the job and now informs me that he’ll have to charge me significantly more than the initial estimate. Even after I agreed to the new number, he has refused to answer emails or even confirm that he plans to do the work. I’m losing patience and want to have this work done before the weather turns. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
